The future is sure bright.

With two games still to play, Liverpool now has overturned their luck since King Kenny took over as caretaker manager in January.

Liverpool are now in 5th position compare to 10th before the Scots take over and in contention to clinch the Europa league football next season.

One player who sure enjoying life under Kenny's management is Maxi Rodriguez...He netted 7 in three games in which, yes, got two hat tricks.

One thing that is very impressive and a courage thing during Kenny's management is, his trust on the young players in the likes of Spearing, Flannagan and Robinson. sure enough his trust is being paid off with a consistent week in week out brilliant performance from the Reds.

Spearing has been in sensational form under Kenny's watch

Other player that also have catch the eye of the liverpool's supporters' is-well not surprisingly- the Uruguayan striker Luiz Suarez. he may not scored as many as he used to in the Dutch league, but he gave a new dimension to the Liverpools' tactic. most importantly, with the forgotten Spaniard Fernando Torres is having a very miserable time at Chelsea, the Liverpools' supporter can now say "Torres who?"

Need to point out also, the good form the liverpool are having right now is achived without the inspirational figure, Steven Gerrard and god knows how i am looking foward for the next season..

BUT, one hick up tough,, Kenny Dalglish has not pen any contract to be the permanent manager but we, the liverpools' supporters believe it's only a matter of time before that to happen.

Chelsea vs Liverpool: match verdict

The biggest game of the week, showing the new British transfer record, Fernando Torres making his debut against his former club, Liverpool. but it was the game to forget for the Spaniard as the blues slumped into 1-0 defeat thanks to Raul Meireles second half goal.

the pre-match talk was all about Torres, of weather he can make any significant impact on is first game but in the end he only could manage to have a couple of half chances which did no harm to the reds. his performance sum up the blues misery that night, as they were outplayed by the well organised Liverpool.

on the other hand, Liverpool started the game with 5 defenses, an this tactic proved to be brilliant as Chelsea showed no real threat. During second half, Liverpool continue with the same tactic and only rely on the counter attack, and counter attack it was when during 68th minute Steven Gerrard run down the right flank and crossed the ball into the six yard area and confusing Chelsea defender Ivanovic and Peter Cech. the confusion was take into full advantage by in form midfielder Raul Meireles who ran fro the half line and volley the decisive goal.

this win has taken Liverpool into 6th spot and it is only the matter of time for the interim manager, Kenny Dalglish to be offered a permanent role in the club.
